Tribunal Support

We offer a full support programme in relation to negotiating with employees and Trade Unions in the case of complex disputes, which have a risk of resulting in a Tribunal Claim, with a view to resolving the dispute amicably.

Where it has not been possible to reach an amicable solution, we offer a two tier level of Tribunal Support, namely:-

(a)          For those clients who wish to represent themselves, we offer assistance/guidance in the preparation of documentation, and support up to the level assistance is needed, including help and advice on negotiating with ACAS.

(b)          Providing full Tribunal Support through our partner organisation, from the start of the process, to ultimately representation at all Case Management Discussions, and the hearing itself, including the preparation of all witness statements, and court documentation.
