As businesses develop, so it requires different skills, and these can either be obtained externally via the Recruitment Strategy, or developed from within, by indivuals who want to progress along those lines.

A key focus of the Training Needs Analysis, is to consider initially the skills that the business seeks to develop from within, and which are missing in order for the business to move forward, and to assist in identifying those individuals who may have the potential to benefit from the opportunities available.

Not only will be individuals potentially benefit from the training, with the potential for ultimate promotion and salary enhancement, but equally the Company will benefit on the basis that the Training Needs have been linked to a corporate strategy for growth.
