With a career starting as a qualified electrical Engineer, moving into sales through to Sales & Marketing Director, then onto Managing Director roles, Jim has held a variety of Senior Board level positions and specialised in turning round both manufacturing and service sector companies ranging from £<m to £50m in size, who have “lost their way”, are not achieving the shareholders profit expectations, or are in a loss making situation.
Jim has also spent the last 8 years using this training and experience working as a freelance advisor/coach/mentor, helping businesses based within the Southeast of England to reach reliable profits in line with the owners needs!
As their coach, Jim has assisted in transferring business knowledge to a wide and varied spread of companies from the ‘front end’, – Sales & Marketing programs, through the ‘core’ – Administration & Operational efficiencies – to the ‘money’ – Cash-flow and profits. He has assisted owners from recovery through to eventual sale of the business.
