Kerry Hunn

Kerry has spent over 14 years working with a wide variety of organisations and sectors, both public and private. He has worked at all levels, with a particular emphasis on management and employee performance improvements in line with business requirements. Kerry also undertakes projects relating to Investors in People including undertaking assessments.

Recent assignments have included a small Construction Company, a group of charitable companies, a private college, an international removals company, part of the NHS Trust, a care home, a Staff Recruitment Specialist, and a National Life Insurance Company

Recent projects have included:-

Setting up a sector strategy for the manufacturing and engineering sectors
Working with advisors in the construction industry
Undertaking Employment and HR Reviews
Implementing new performance management systems, and training new managers in the skills required to implement, support and conduct the process
Running a serious of workshops on Investors in People, including understanding the standard.

Kerry is a keep fit enthusiast, yoga, traveller and speaker, particularly to Turkey, where he speaks at a basic conversational level
