Applying Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures

Date: Click Here to See Schedule
Duration: 1 day
Price: £250 per delegate

Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures have to be properly used and applied, as they are subsequently going to have to be potentially upheld as fair in a court of law. As they are often used prior to any Tribunal Proceedings, they have to be absolutely watertight and transparent. Equally, any dismissal as a result of the proceedings, must follow an exact process, or risk upwards of £66,000 or £Unlimited Damages, dependent upon the nature of the claim.

An ill advised word, whether spoken or written, can be the difference between success, and safety, or a protracted worry.
